Friday Flash Fiction

This is a blog where a starter sentence is given every Friday@12PM PST. You will then have until the following Tuesday@9AM PST to come up with short story or poem. I only ask that you keep it; fairly non-political, that the violence is non-gratuitous, the sex is fairly tasteful, and that you are respectful of the other writers that post here. Enjoy! If you are still confused, please click this header for the rules.

Starter Sentence Poll #4

Ante scriptum- Voting ends October 23rd @ 9 AM, Pacific Time.

Beach says, "The strange man dressed as Carmen Miranda walked into the bar and demanded to know who had taken his pet iguana."

The Professor says, "On the sidewalk, fallen between the cracks was..."

Reading back, I told Doc that I would repost this and I forgot to. So, "The smell of gunpowder filled the air and my ears were still ringing from the blast, but at least this rat bastard would never bother anyone ever again."
